At PrintableNest, we put significant care into designing every product. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Digital Products — General Policy
All products sold at PrintableNest are digital downloads (PDF files). Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.
When We WILL Issue a Full Refund
- File Not Delivered: If you did not receive your download link within 30 minutes and our team cannot resolve it within 24 hours
- Corrupted File: If the file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement
- Wrong Product: If you received a clearly different product from what was listed
- Significant Misrepresentation: If the product is materially different from what was described
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
When We Do NOT Issue Refunds
- Change of mind after downloading
- Personal preference (product doesn’t match your taste)
- Printing issues caused by your printer, ink, or paper
- Software compatibility issues you did not contact us about first
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@printablenest.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Our Problem-Solving Promise
Even when a refund isn’t possible, we’ll do our best to help. We’d rather solve your problem than lose a customer. Please reach out before assuming we won’t help.
